• Guarantee Report (TSG): We will order and review
• Mailings: Process 5-day, 30-day and IRS mailing requirements promptly and professionally with Affidavit of Mailing provided.
• Publication
• Property Postings and Inspection:
- Includes two color photographs with property condition report
- Professional property inspection or simple drive-by occupancy inspection
- Our postings are done by our office, not contracted out
•Auctioneer Services:
- We will send a list on Thursdays of your sales scheduled to be conducted the following week
- We will give you a telephone call to obtain bidding or postponement information the day before sale
- We will give you a telephone call the day of sale to obtain final clearance
- We will give you immediate results after the sale
•Bid at Sale Services:
- We can also track trustee sales for you.
